Surat Keputusan pendirian Program Studi Doktor Teknik Industri dikeluarkan oleh Rektor Universitas Andalas Nomor 1286/KPT/R/PTN-BH/UNAND/2022 tanggal 19 September 2022 setelah memenuhi persyaratan minimum akreditasi berdasarkan surat Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi Nomor 1271/BAN-PT/LL/2022 tanggal 13 September 2022. Sebelumnya telah mendapatkan rekomendasi Senat Akademik Universitas Andalas berdasarkan surat Nomor 068/UN.16/SAU.PTN-BH/2022 tanggal 15 Juni 2022. Collecting assessment data as well as performing actions for improvement and review activities for every student outcome are conducted every year. The activity cycle is shown in Table 4.3. The cycle of activity continues previous 3 years activity for each student that has been done. In Year 5 we review the student outcomes to follow the new ABET 1-7 student outcomes.

The next annual assessment plan for every student outcome are detailed in the following tables for the new students outcomes of the Industrial Enginering Pogram of Universitas Andalas following the ABET new SOs 1-7 which is started in Year 6 of the cycle of evaluation of the student outcomes.
